Childbirth Education

Our childbirth education is evidence based and holistic to prepare you completely for labor, birth, and transitioning into parenthood.

We will cover physical and emotional changes, comfort measures for late pregnancy and birth, preparing for birth, how labor works, choices in childbirth, postpartum planning and wellness, breastfeeding, baby care, and so much more!

You will get hands-on experience, in class activities to reinforce what you are learning, worksheets and handouts to take home, all of your questions answered, and any guidance you need!

Our next series will be on Saturdays 10am – 12pm from April 15 through May 6, 2023. It will be held at 1001 W. Cherry Street, Sunbury, OH

The fee for this series is $80 and you can qualify for a reduced fee or free classes through our sliding scale.

Parenting Wisdom

We believe in and promote empathy based parenting. We will show you how to tap into your own parenting intuition, how to realize and deal with your own trauma and triggers that could affect your relationship with your child, and how to form a strong bond with your child that will facilitate an emotionally healthy relationship and child.

A big benefit to this attachment and relationship building is a child who trusts you, wants to be a part of the family team and work together, and doesn’t feel the need to act out for attention or out of frustration.
